Love the rates and generally easy access to and from airport. This past trip though shuttles to the airport were not available and the process seemed a bit disorganized - where to park, where to get picked up in the lot. Have never had that problem before.

Drivers go out of their way, even for non-valet customers. The lot has clearly marked spaces for finding your car later and has a building/bathroom with personnel to assist with questions, not like at LAZ for park your own car service where no one is present and you are left alone.
