I loved how close Park N Fly was to the airport, the valet service and they dropped us off 1st at Alaskan Airlines since we had two dogs in large crates. Very nice and helpful loading and unloading from the shuttle.

Like valet service. Door to door with the car ready on return.

Would like to see the ability to make an online reservation using a company rate (CIGNA). I was told that I could only get the Cigna rate w/o a reservation. I would have to take my changes just showing up and coming into the office. This would require additional time and no guarantee that I have a spot.

So I didn't get CIGNA rate, which may come back to haunt me if the company asks WHY I didn't get discounted rate.

Do these companies know that you can't get discounted rates via phone or online reservation?

Once I figured it out it all worked out. Coming in at 3:30 am and leaving at 11:00 pm in a snow storm not knowing where to go was a bit of a challenge on my part.

Fast pickup at both the lot and the airport. Drivers were friendly and courteous. The driver who brought me back from the airport was so nice to the other drivers at the airport - just unheard of these days! Will use next time I fly.

The entire process from booking to exit was extremely easy and simple. The app provided easy-to-follow instructions for parking and pick-up. From the time we left the airport with our 3 kids and a significant amount of luggage, we were in our vehicle and headed home in less than 20 minutes. We will definitely use this service again!
