Customer Testimonials

Staff is friendly and efficient.

Very great people working there and have always taken great care of me each and every time over the years

Friendly drivers and great door to door service, they also answered any questions that I had and made sure that I knew where to go at the airport.

No waiting for shuttle

The ladies at check in are always so nice no matter how early in the morning and Donald is so pleasant and helpful.

Great customer service! Loved the valet service as well.

I always leave my car at Park and Fly when I take a trip beginning at MIA. It really couldn’t be easier to drop off the car and get on a shuttle to the airport. It’s comforting to know that my car is being well taken care of while I’m away. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for the shuttle to pick me up to go back to the car. The car is waiting inside the facility when the shuttle takes me back. Everyone is pleasant and using Park and Fly makes both the beginning and end of my trip stress free.

The shuttles were very timely and the drivers were courteous and helpful. The price was comparable, if not less, than other parking facilities and the airport long-term parking lot.

Ease of making reservation.
Speedy pickup from vehicle.
Usually already be a van waiting when I get to ground transportation spot at MSP.

Very easy to use and excellent service in parking and transportation to and from the airport.

Very friendly and efficient! Wish I flew out of SFO more often. Because Park N Fly is such a great experience, I might start choosing SFO more often.

I liked that it was affordable and convenient. It would be nice if the shuttles were already there when you arrive at the airport to get back to the parking area instead of having to dispatch the shuttle but besides that it’s a great service .

Easy in. Valet parking. Under cover. Car is ready when I get back.

The speed and professionalism of the employees was much appreciated. Our car was waiting for us when we returned. Well done!!

We didn't have to wait for the shuttle bus. It was already there when we arrived at the designated area. The bus driver was courteous and helpful. The free car wash is a plus.

Easy in and out. Always on time. Courteous driver. Appreciate that they always unload and load your luggage promptly.

The ease and not having to wait either way going or coming back from the airport! Both drivers were courteous and happy!
