Amazing that this location is on the West side of ATL and I drive from South. Very easy getting there. Picked up as soon as I parked the vehicle. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Pay in advance also make this a smooth trip. So much better than entering the North or South terminal.

Drivers are courteous and I feel like the buses show up faster than some of the other parking areas. The covered parking area is more reasonably priced as well.

Most often there is a van waiting to drive to Midway. I wouldn't park anywhere else. The same is true when I return to get back to the parking lot.

Location is close to airport. Parking lot is intuitive and easy to navigate. Shuttles operate frequently. Drivers are friendly. Shuttles seem to prioritize getting folks to airport quickly over filling every shuttle seat. Free car wash is a nice bonus!

What do you like about our services?

Your people are amazing! I love that there is minimal wait time before shuttles, and I don't have to worry about my car while I am gone.
