Customer Testimonials

We were picked up from our car and also picked up from the airport very quickly. Friendly staff!

My request was handled in a professional and timely manner.

Easy in and out. Friendly drivers

Didn’t have to wait long before being picked up once we found a parking spot and upon landing the bus was already at the curb waiting.

The pick up and drop off is fast and convenient, the bus drivers are friendly and professional

Generally fast pick up. Nice buses. Friendly drivers.

I like the fact that there is 24/7 shuttle service and the price. I am able to either pay in advance or just drive up and can get a parking spot.

Good price, nice facility.

Friendly. I did what 15 min for a bud back to lot

We like the speed in which we are dropped off and picked up. This trip though, we waited at our car to be taken to the airport, a lot longer than usual. Hopefully this is a unique time. We will be back again.

Prompt pick up at vehicle and shittle time to terminals. Very Friendly Staff.

Efficient, personable

Excellent customer service, quick drop and pick up. Very friendly and professional people.

I've said it every time I use Park N Fly, " Great operation, great service and very reliable"
The Only way to park and get to and from the Oakland airport.

Fast shuttle pickup and dropoff

All staff was very helpful going to and returning from airport. Need to stay couple days latter and lady and exit helped me exit parking quickly.

Convenience!

We've used park n fly multiple times when we've traveled and they've always been very helpful and accommodating. Our driver when we arrived this time wasn't very friendly or helpful but our driver when we got home last night was very friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed and we got in over 24 hours after our scheduled time and the cashier took care of the over charge for us which we were very grateful for since getting home was such a fiasco. I would 100% choose park n fly again.

The driver met me at the parking lot gate and showed me exactly where to park. He was friendly and loaded my bags. I liked the customer service I received over some of the other off-site lots we've used.

We had very good service on March 3rd. A bus came in as we drove up so we did not have to wait. The driver was friendly and helpful. The bus was warm(@6:00am) and we were at the airport quickly. We had to call to get a bus to come to the airport when we came back (March 11th) but they came qucikly and we were on our way to get our car. We had prepaid so the check out process went smoothly.
