I love Park N Fly! I park there every time I go to IAH. The shuttle is immediately ready to pick me up and friendly drivers take me straight to the terminal. As a frequent parker, I earn free days which is a great perk! I also used the free carwash for the first time which washed all that spring time pollen right off of my car!

Easy and quick

This was our first time using Park 'N Fly and we will definitely do so again. The Midway location is convenient, the shuttles arrived quickly, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Thank you!

Seems to work out pretty well. One thing though is when I parked my car the last couple of times I had to wait in the parking lot to get picked up. Being winter, it was a bit cold. Previous trips as I parked my car a bus would pull up almost immediately.

Friendly service provided by shuttle driver and good instructions and assistance given by personnel inside the office. This is important because I am a senior and not always knowledgeable about the new ways of doing things. In addition, I was there at 2am and I was worried that assistance might not be available. The experience was a good one.

From the lady in the parking lot who caught us walking from our car and directed us to the service center, to the man in the center who told Kurainka where our car was parked at, the service was exceptional.

Kurainka (Kiki) was very helpful. She understood my situation, offered us a place to wait & coffee, while I worked through the mechanical issue with my car.

I had to leave before the tow truck arrived, and didn't hesitate to give her the key to my car to hand over to the driver. They were that good! :)

Great customer service from drivers and gate attendant. Drivers seem to arrive promptly at our vehicle once we are parked and usually there is a driver at the baggage claim ready to take us to our vehicle at the airport. Minimal waiting.
