Customer Testimonials

I love that I was dropped right at my vehicle and it was not a long wait for the shuttle.

The driver's were nice and caring.

Free car wash, frequent airport pick up and drop off reducing my wait time, and affordable price!

Quick shuttle pick up on both ends

Very convenient, safe and easy process.

Everything was good, the last time I park there when it was Executive Parking the reason why I stopped parking there my car was damaged and they did absolutely nothing but say that I damaged the car and blamed me for the damage. After parking there for years. When I heard that Executive Parking was sold I figured that I would try it again and the service was was good the only problem that I had is when you come in on a late flight the wait being pick up from the airport can be rather long. Beside the long wait everything was great.

Smooth reservation system, easy shuttle service, competent, friendly personnel.

The drivers are very prompt, helpful, and friendly. I have used your service numerous times and is the only service I use when flying out of MSP. I always feel my vehicle is very safe while away and is one less worry and or stress factor I have to worry about when away for both short or long term trips.

To get to 75 south from facility was not good at all. 1 rating.

Covered parking

Service picked me up at my car and explained the process to me. He helped me with my bags. I received the same excellent service at pick-up at the airport on my return. The drivers were super-friendly & relaxed & helpful. They acted like they like their job.

super convenient - the shuttle buses were right there to pick me up at my car, and then at the airport to take me right back to my car. Bus drivers were both super helpful with bags as well.

Quick response and friendly staff

Atlanta airport is a mass of confusion for folks like me that are older and have not been there for a while. I had returned from my trip and looking for the area where I could get the bus back to the parking lot. I had been told LIES by official looking people where the bus would be. When I finally got to the right place, the bus was pulling out and I got the attention of the lady driving the bus. She was so sweet and even offered me a drink of water when I told her all the places I had walked. I wanted to hug her neck but knew it was not the place to do so. She is a real jewel and I hope you give her a raise. I am an old white guy and she is a nice African American lady.

Friendly staff and quick shuttle pick up time.

Quick

You guys are very prompt! We had a bus waiting to take us to our terminal and our wait wasn't long at all when we returned (maybe 7 minutes). I will always park at Park N Fly when flying domestic! Our car was safe! The staff is friendly and they handle your luggage with care. It definitely helped make our trip go extremely smooth and event free!

Everything was perfect!

Used the valet parking. The staff are courteous and approachable. I just drop off my car and they will do the rest of the parking. The shuttle is 24/7 and no waiting time. The mobile app is easy to navigate and they have standby shuttles waiting for me after after the flight. My car is ready when i came to the site. I highly recommend Park n fly.
