So convenient easy in and out. Spot to spot shuttle service so quick. I highly recommend park n fly 😊

Quick and efficient.

Easy in and out; usually very good on shuttle to/from airport.

I just want to thank Park n Fly SFO. We arrived on a messy early morning with high wind and lots of rain. I did not pay for a valet ticket, but the attendant treated me like one. I left my key and went on my way. Came back from my trip and got my car and key. Really happy with how Park n Fly handled my situation and will definitely be coming back.

Friendly, super convenient, pickup right by parked vehicle, super great shuttle drivers!

Easy to use website (although it would be nice to be able to include personal car info in profile to pick when making a reservation), staff I’d friendly from drop off to pick-up. Like the ‘deals’ offered at various times.

The service was fast and efficient! They brought myself and children directly to our car and even helped me load the suitcases! Will highly reccomend to everyone I know to use them!

Easy to make a reservation and flexible with reservation times if flights are delayed.

We have used Park DIA for several years and have always been pleased with the outstanding customer service of the drivers and the reliability of getting us both to the airport and back to our car with less than reasonable wait times.
Our only reason for not giving the highest rating is related to the online discounted option we always use. For our last trip, we were discounted at 20% and previously had been discounted 40-50%. I called and spoke to one of the representatives and was told that due to additional costs, Park DIA would only be issuing 20% discounts. So, because of the outstanding and reliable service, we still opted to use your services. We received an email during our trip offering a 50% discount coupon and have seen others at 30%.
We are confused by what we were told and what we are still seeing as current discount rates.
I trust this feedback is helpful.

The valet service was great! didn’t wait long at all. Very efficient! Thank you.

Easy booking. Easy canceling when needing reschedule.
Easy in, easy out.
Great employees…always helpful and courteous.

Parking spaces r reasonable size
Ride to and from airport was timely
Rates were reasonable

Courteous and helpful staff. Convenient location to airport. I like the app for reservations and for contacting for pickup when I return.

Everyone that helped me from the entry gate to the shuttle bus, was extremely friendly! Kind service! The set up was also super easy! Plus they didn’t charge me for the day that I left in the morning! Highly recommend.

easy pickup and drop off. Everyone was really friendly,

cost-efficient, timely shuttles, hopefully secure faciliities.

I was charged a extra day at check out.

Courteous and quick! Will use again!

I have used your services several times over the past few months and it is convenient and affordable. easy in and easy out. Although the last driver who picked us up was quite rude to me even though I was pleasant in my interaction. He proceeded to tell jokes all the way back to the parking lot and he was quite entertaining as people enjoyed his banter. I just didn't appreciate his arrogance and rudeness to me when I boarded the bus.

Fast easy extremely friendly and helpful drivers. I did the car detail and it was like a brand new car. Congratulations on an A+business. Oh did I mention the wonderful drivers?😃

When i returned from vacation to pick up my car, the battery was dead. I went to front office and Rodney helped me get it started in less than 10 minutes. I was so relieved!

Fast and affordable

I liked the Easiness on making reservations. Friendliness & Promptness picking me up both at the parking lot and airport. Also, Helping with the luggage.

It’s very easy! Make a reservation using the app, drive up and show your QR code to the machine, the friendly staff tells you which row to park, the bus drives you to the airport! Nothing could be simpler. Then when you land, you text them and a bus is almost always waiting - and if it’s not I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes - and they take you right to your parking spot. It’s a great system and cheaper than parking at the airport where you have to take the bus anyway.
