The driver is always there right when I park my car. They're always willing to help with luggage. The online booking on the app is super easy to use so coming and going is very straightforward. It's a great combination of efficient technology and very friendly people.

The services were provided with instructions that were easy to follow and the staff was very friendly.

You seem to be organized with the transportation to and from the terminals however the signage in the parking lot could be a little more prominent and descriptive.

Easy to book online, the app is nice to request the van, the van drivers are nice and the parking lot is monitored so I know my car is safe

I would like to see the ability to extend my parking simply.

My last trip went longer than planned. But there was no way online to extend my stay with your perking website???

So what happened was I was charged an additional booking fee...grrrrrr. and then paid the additional days.

Why can I not adjust my stay online when such things delay my airline flight....Geee that never happens!
