Everything is really easy, from booking and paying online in advance to calling the shuttle to come pick you up at the airport. I like how streamlined it all is and that you can do everything from your phone. It's one less thing I had to really think about related to planning our vacation. In about five minutes I had a reasonably priced solution for parking that was all paid for ahead of time.

It was fast and efficient. I do wish you had a digital way of tipping the drivers. They were fantastic, but since ATMs don’t dispense 5.00 bills, I only had large bills with me and could not tip them such a large amount. They deserve for the company to make it easier for customers to tip them. Because my trip was to South America, I was not properly clothed for winter weather, but they arrived so fast both going to and returning from the airport that I didn’t freeze at all.

We did appreciate that the cashier was able to help us leave the lot when we weren't able to figure out how to do it using the QR code that was sent. We do enjoy the convienience of off site parking.
