Customer Testimonials
Courteous and very helpful staff. Easy to use process. Disappointed that covered was not an indoor but outdoor situation.
My shuttle driver from the airport, Ms. Patricia was amazing! She was patient with a lot of us that didn’t have our tickets. She was a safe driver and found my car with the little bit of information I was able to provide her with. Excellent customer service. Thanks Ms. Patricia!

Convenient and affordable
Good efficient operation
Picked up at spot quickly and delivered to airport right away. Easy to find when returning to the airport
Upon return my car was not available and I am a prepaid customer kudos to driver Dominique would retrieved my vechicle
Every person I come in contact with is friendly and helpful! Again, the van was at my car before I got out when I parked. There was also a van as soon as I exited the airport. My car was covered in pollen and ‘airport dust’ after sitting there for 13 days. I used the FREE car wash for the first time, and it was great! Communications via text are clear, and make getting in and out simple. I seriously appreciate Park N Fly! They make traveling from IAH (with all the construction) worry free. I’ve been using them for the past 8 months, and I’ve had nothing but excellent service.

Efficient and clean. Pleasant employees
Easy and quick to get you to the airport
There is always someone there if you need help. They pick you right up at your car and help get your bags on the transportation bus. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes for a pick up at the airport. Friendly people.
Convenient locations and reservation.
It is so easy to park here! It is very accessible. Very easy to get through the gate. You don’t have to worry about traffic getting into this parking lot either. The drivers are also really great and very helpful.
Very prompt and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
Quick, easy, less expensive, no navigating of the airport and no additional walking required
Great people and service--safe!

Very fast service going to airport and getting picked up. Friendly staff. Thank you!
Friendly, courteous, professional employees. Every step of the way was smooth.
Shuttle van arrived at our car almost immediately. Shuttle van was waiting at the curb when we exited the airport terminal.
Whole process was Quick and easy. The wait for the shuttle was minimal. Drivers were courteous.

Bus Drivers do the EXTRA!!!
Everyone was very friendly and professional.
We did not have to wait for a shuttle, and when a person explained they could not get in because they were still waiting for a piece of luggage, the driver let the front office know that someone was waiting and they should send another shuttle.to which the operator acquiesced.
And finally, we had lost our ticket stub to retrieve our car, and your staff worked hard to find it (Which they eventually did), and remained very friendly all through the process.
Thank you.
We always reserve parking ahead of time and have always had a spot available. The shuttle bus drivers are friendly and courteous.
