Many reasons to recommend PnF: Timely online information, helpful face-to-face staff, easy reservation system. And then today--a day later than my reservation. When I checked out the agent in the booth bent over backward to find my reservation and facilitate my payment because I hadn't used the QR code to check in. She is Sira and was a big help even though my reservation wasn't in the system.
