What do you like about our services?

The very prompt and timely shuttles, no matter what time I depart or arrive. I'm a woman and travel for business, and my personal safety is paramount. I've been delayed and had arrivals well into the night. Very reassuring to have that shuttle right outside the terminal doors.

What do you like about our services?

Drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a little bit of a hassle the first time ( a map of how to get to and from the terminal might be nice) but I’d be more comfortable the next time I go.

What do you like about our services?

I was a bit impatient and even though I had prepaid I still asked for a ticket to enter because the gate was not opening after scanning my QR code ( note: signage might be helpful to point out no need to request ticket if prepaid). The operator saw what I did and told me how to avoid being billed twice on my way out. The driver on the return back to the lot reminded me on the sequence needed to avoid double billing. Operators and drivers very courtesy. Thank you
