How easy it is to use the website. You have friendly drivers. I was extremely disappointed with your check out/exit clerk on 3-22-2023. I was having problem scanning my QR code. She was not only rude, unfriendly, unprofessional but flat out racist. Really sad, I use your parking lot often.
Friendly staff, the fact that the shuttle is ready for you the moment you park! Very convenient, fast service! Love that it is way cheaper to park here than at the airport! Love this service!
Good service prompt on time
Your buses have very high steps that are difficult for anyone with a disability yet you do not provide any small step to assist- especially with the first step!! Every single bus in the Caribbean supplied their busses with small steps to assist people who needed them- it’s a shame you don’t care as much for your paying customers.
