Easy and efficient service
It was so easy to drop off my car with valet service and the return pick up was very prompt. My car was right there and ready for me when I got off the van.
That the car is waiting for us when we get dropped off by the shuttle

Friendly drivers, timely, affordable, well managed and organized
fast shuttle service, friendly people, very good pricing.
The whole process from start to finish was very easy.
The consistency of the service
What I usually like is that the transit vehicle picks us up almost immediately from our car and loads our luggage. That, however, did not happen last time we were there. Via signage we were directed to the rooftop and a bus never showed up for at least the first 10 minutes. I finally had to call the office and only then was a bus sent. That particular experience was disappointing, given my usual expectation that the bus is right there. Thank you.
It was easy to find, seeing that Im for Canada and I have never been there before. The service was fast and friendly.
Easy and very professional. Price was good and convenient.
Convenience of dropping off and picking up. Don't have to worry about searching for parking spots @ airport.
Ease of check in an check out. Location. Prompt pick up.
