Customer Testimonials

Super easy and fast.

Polite, professional and well organized. Car was ready for pickup at the front door. Had immediate transportation to and from the airport. Couldn't have been better.

Shuttle was waiting at the airport. Driver left with me as only passenger after a reasonable wait at both departure and arrival. Cost is always a factor in decision making.

When I left my car on 3/20 at park and fly at Oakland air port, I forgot to roll up my window and while I was away the area got lot of rain and your staff put a plastic bag around my car window to prevent rain water going into my car.
It was a nice gesture and customer care that I really appreciated'

Convenient Friendly and Fast transportation to and from airport
Didn’t even wait 5 minutes either way

Park’N Fly is my #1 choice for overnight parking when I travel. It’s convenient and the shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. I found it a little disconcerting however, when I returned from my recent trip, only to see out of the corner of my eye, in aisle 4 (I believe), that another car was blocking mine in, and the shuttle driver nearly passed my car, even though she had my ticket. If I had not caught a glance of it, she wasn’t stopping. It was the first time I’ve seen cars parked this way, and I’m not really happy about the idea. I know your company has it’s reasons.

Your drivers were there! Exactly at the moment we needed a ride both ways. At the truck and immediately outside the Airport exit--very handy!
Everyone we worked with were helpful and friendly.
The online pre-payment process was smooth.
I normally go for the lower dollar value, but while Bush Intercontinental has so much construction, I wanted a sure thing.
Y'all delivered on all counts.

Easy and efficient

Very prompt shuttles - coming and going.
Easy check out with QR codes.

ACCESS AND DEPARTURE SIMPLE (ALSO GETTING PARKING DATE SCHEDULED AND PAID.)

Easy to book online

Fast pickup and transit to and from the airport. You get picked up and dropped off right at your vehicle.

The barcode scanners make entry and exit a snap.

It’s been better the last couple times I used it, and you moved the pick up area back to where it was.
Thank you

Quick and professional

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And so cheery for the middle of the night.

I like the new app.

The shuttle rotations have improved significantly, great job! The only thing I would say is, if everything is going to be done on the app, it should be working. I was NOT able to use my discount or any of my free days without the app freezing. Every time I selected one of the options, it wouldn’t proceed to the payment page.

Convenient, secure and the frequent parking rewards.
We would like to see the return of the car washing at Miami parking though.

Easy

Very prompt and efficient. No waiting for the shuttle to or from the airport. The car was waiting when we arrived to Park&Fly from the terminal. Very courteous and helpful staff

Everything about it was easy and convenient

Thank you!!!

Easy and friendly drivers

I like the fact I can book it ahead of time, leave my car in covered parking and know it will be safe and away from the elements of weather. I love being picked up right at my vehicle and dropped off at the door at the airport and picked up again the same way. I have been parking with Park 'N Fly for years and they have never failed me.

Great job! Keep up the good work!
