Customer Testimonials
The service was efficient , fast and the gentlemen who rode the van was super nice and attentive
Convenience; proximity to the airport; SHUTTLES; luggage assistance
Efficient and convenient. Nice staff
Parked in self-park for the first time. Shuttle was there before I even got my suitcase out of the car. Was already there at the airport when I returned from my trip. Driver even helped me put my suitcase into the car. Couldn't have been more convenient. Friendly drivers, great service!!
Friendly and helpful drivers who seem to really care about us. Efficient drop off and pick up with easy “call for pick up” on the app.
Close and quick.
Always good, Patrick F. went out of his way to help with our bags
We used Park 'n Fly PHILA for the first time in March 2023. We were very pleased with the service. As soon as we pulled up, a shuttle bus was there and took us to the airport. When we arrived home, there was a shuttle bus waiting and we hopped on. Our car was ready to roll once we were back at Park 'n Fly. All employees were courteous and assisted with our luggage on/off.
I have recommended them to a few friends and will definitely book them again.
Convenient location, hassle free.
Used valet service. Car was processed quickly. Waiting area was heated. Shuttle was quick and driver was very courteous. Pick up was also the same. Arrived quickly and car was ready and waiting when dropped off.

Fast pickup at my car.
Quick trip to airport.
Little or no wait at airport.

Easy to pre-order your parking. When we got there, the lot was sold out but we had our reservation quick pick up friendly employees quick to the airport and quick to return and the free car wash is nice.

Your shuttle drivers are extremely kind and helpful.
Short distance to airport, car ready inside when I get back. Wait for shuttle was lengthy this time, 30 minutes.
The staff we encounter were very friendly. The process of dropping off and picking up our car was extremely easy. We were in our car and on the road before our friends could even get to their car in the airports parking lot.
Always quick and easy

Your drivers are great. Friendly, always helpful with luggage, and solid drivers. Sometimes the app is a little glitchy but the crew at the msp lot always shine.
