Due to the mess that is ATL onsite parking today, I've been using your parking for a couple months now. My experience has been very good up till this last Monday. I waited at the normal pick-up location for too long only to find out pick-ups were upstairs instead. This is the 3rd time the pick-up location has changed. Although you likely have no control over these changes you do have the ability to communicate with your inbound customers. I shouldn't have to hear, in this case from the PNF Express driver, that we were in the wrong spot. Your service would be elevated in my opinion if you did 2 things, have more drivers and communicated better.
