This location is easy to locate and extremely close to the airport. I also like the numerous shuttles available to get customers to the departure and arrival airport locations as quickly as possible.

Self-parking is definitely a plus. Pick-up from the airport was easy through text-messaging and the wait was not long for the van to arrive. I had our arrival date 1day short but it was no problem as I dealt with it on our way out.

Park 'N Fly at DFW is convenient. Easy to find a covered parking place. Quick pick-up by the shuttle bus. Help with luggage on/off the bus is appreciated. Accruing free parking days is a plus. The price seems reasonable. I see no reason to look anywhere else for airport parking.

I like the idea of having a choice of self park or valet park. Self park is also convenient since the shuttle takes you right to your car and for long term much cheaper.

I feel like this last visit was the best so far. The agent at the gate upon arrival was so kind and we loved both of our drivers. People were eager to help and were smiling and welcoming. Very impressed, great job!

The promptness when you arrive and the sense of urgency to get you to the airport and the assigned parking upon entry. The staff is courteous and helpful.

As soon as I parked my car the bus was waiting to pick me up. Took me to my departure airline and provided details where the pickup would be. When I arrived back to the airport I was greeted with a smile and the bus delivered me right to my car. Exceptional customer service and to offer free car wash is A1!
