Each time I use the service at MSP a driver is nearby and picks me up right away and helps me load into the shuttle. Pick up at the airport is regular and I get dropped off right at my vehicle. The drivers have all been wonderful!

Reception and retrieval of the car was perfect. All involved were very polite and actually appeared to appreciate customers. The shuttle service was superb. No delays or waiting. This was the first time I've used the ramp for parking instead of leaving my car outside. It went so smooth and I did not have to wait for transportation when arriving back home. I'll be a ramp user from here on out.

Convenient and relatively inexpensive, but getting close to too expensive. Also would be very confusing for first timers…no one to help let know where to park, etc.
It is easy to book online, receive a QR code and use it to enter and exit the facilities. The staff is very helpful as well.
