Have used this facility in the past, but this time was a step above. Had great drivers to and from, but needed a little extra help when we found our car battery dead when we got back. Another driver from the facility was quick to bring a jump pack and get us up and running, saved the day!

The drivers are prompt and courteous. My car is always waiting for me.
The only thing I would comment on is that when i came out of the international terminal on the departure level, I could not find a clearly marked spot for pick up by Park and Fly. I called to find out where I should go and was informed by a female employee that I should go to Door 6 by the statue. She failed to mention that Door 6 looks completely different from the other doors so I did not find it easily. Also, there is a modern sculpture in front of door 6, but there is no statue. All employees answering the phone should be able to clearly describe where the pick up location is. This was quite a source of frustration for me when it was midnight and I was tired after my trip. Thank you.

In general, it has been excellent. However last time, there weee no spaces for covered reservations and no spaces for premium members. I ended up parking on roof, and the cashier was unable to immediately refined.
