There was no waiting for a bus when I got off the plane.

We did not wait on either end of our trip for a shuttle. We were picked up immediately upon parking in the ramp and a shuttle was waiting when returned from our vacation. Service was excellent.

Staff was very helpful in a difficult weather situation.

The driver put suitcases in car. Very friendly. Get to airport quickly.
However, after using Park N Fly many years, this trip
we were unable to find shuttle at airport. You weren’t where you usually are. We went back inside and ask. Person said to go out W-2. No shuttle. 2nd person said to go to North side and go down elevator. We did that and no shuttle. We asked 3rd airport employee who told us to go back up elevator and go out another door. We did, but didn’t see shuttle. Finally another employee told us to cross street to get to shuttle. We’re 78 yrs old and carrying 2 suitcases each. We both were exhausted and could barely climb on bus.
Why were we not notified of new location? Or why not put up a sign?

Our trip was over Spring Break so I knew to make a reservation. We showed up, were told where to park, the bus was quick and so were we. On our return, the timing was perfect again, and having the link to our paid-up parking let us leave quickly.

It's very easy to get a parking spot during the time asked for. The only thing I did not care for was the change in the drop off and pickup locations at the airport itself. It used to be so much easier to get dropped off at the front door of the terminal at picked up at the same location!

I like that we were able to get in and out the lot with ease now. The scanners were working great and it didn’t take for to scan my phone for entry and exit. Also liked the customer service of the drivers. Friendly and helpful all the time. I didn’t have to wait long for the shuttles. They were fast and that’s always a plus especially at the airport

It was my first time using airport parking facility. PNF is so Well organized, easy access, and staffs are very helpful and friendly.

I don’t have anybody to ride me so PNF is so helpful for me. It is easy to find and fas and simple to use. My flight was canceled suddenly due to the weather. If my family came to pick up, they would wast the time. But I used y PNF and didn’t worry about it.

Easy parking, friendly staff. Did not have to wait for shuttle at all for either direction!

Very efficient operation. We liked not having to find a place to park. Very nice to just pull up to the valet, have your luggage placed on the bus and then very quickly off to the airport. Upon our return our car was waiting for us as well. We will definitely use Park n Fly again.
