I like the how easy it is to check in and park, then have the shuttle pick me up at my vehicle then drop me off at the airport in a matter of minutes.
Same when i return, there are several shuttles already waiting at airport for customers. They load your luggage then drop you off at your vehicle. Great service!
Dislike: i booked an online reservation in advance. The day i arrived, i could not get my QR code to work correctly at the kiosk which then i had to press the button to receive a ticket to get in. Once i returned from my trip, i tried using the QR code and it referred me to see a cashier who informed me that it would not work since i was not able to use it for check in. However he was very helpful completed the transaction and i was on my way.
When you all send the QR code to the customers, please add clear instructions on exactly how to use that QR code at the kiosk. It is struggle trying to line up the code with the camera that is in the corner of the machine. There are instructions at the machine but it is difficult to align the phone/QR code to the camera. A small modification of the camara reader will make this process seamless.
The ability to make reservations on the app. The shuttle was on time and made it easy to get to the airport and back in minimal time.

Wish there was more pickup vans at the airport. We saw the park n fly plus van twice before saw the Conley street van
