Very professional and helpful. I had a bit of trepidation having to arrive at 4 in the morning so I took a drive there from 60 miles away to check out the place a week before and the employees were very helpful. The valet parking went on without a hitch and it was great to have my car waiting for me when I arrived in the shuttle, which happened to pick me up very quickly.

Reservations are easy to make. Very close to airport. Good rates. Shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful.

I use the covered option when weather looks bad.

We had checked in early in the morning and the shuttle was there ready to take us to the airport as soon as we got our luggage from our trunk. Also after trips I tend to be braindead when I get back so I couldn't remember where I had put my confirmation receipt. By giving the attendant our name, address, date and time we parked she was able to locate our reservation and allowed us to exit the lot

Parking lot location is convenient, shuttle vans were accessible and timely, and staff was very courteous. In fact, the clerk that checked us out sensed that we had a bad travel day and offered us bottles of water. She should be commended on her intuition and professional courtesies.
