Easy and fast

Everything went smoothly, staff friendly and helpful, App worked well, bus clean, etc. Only issue is it wasn’t clear where to go so that took a few extra minutes to get to the correct p/u location. Being able to scan the QR code and do cashless tip was very nice / helpful also! Thanks - RCR

The gated parking lot, the drivers picking you up and dropping you off directly at your car, the shuttling to and from the airport. And the prices. Have used before and will continue to do so in the future.

Upon leaving from Atl on the 1 Apr, this was not a good experience. The Shuttle came up to where we parked. We had all our bags ready to load up to the shuttle. I was putting up the sunshield in the windshield of my car. The driver said he could not wait, he would come back. The wind was blowing and starting to sprinkle drops of rain. When the same shuttle came back by, we were ready and had now been waiting a few minutes. The shuttle driver stated he was full and we had to wait for the next shuttle. I was not very happy. The next shuttle did not come by for another 9-12 minutes. It seems the first shuttle driver did not have a concern in the world. Anyway, the shuttle we did get on, this driver was also not caring. He did not offer to help with the bags. This was on 1 Apr, at about 6-620 in the morning. I am usually a good tipper; I left no tip behind. On our return, 9 Apr, at around 4-430pm, the experience was a complete turnabout. This driver was very courteous and friendly. Welcomed us back to GA, easily helped with all our bags. He seemed he did not mind working and being on the JOB. My wife and I wished we would have gotten his name. He received a very generous tip for his service. This was the type of service I have been accustomed from your business.

We got help right when we pulled in and got escorted to our parking spot all the way to the top which could have been confusing! Great customer service all around!

Park N' Fly has the most friendly and amazing staff. I feel safe leaving my car with Park N'Fly when I travel. It seems as though you have many shuttles, as wait time, pick up time, and turn around time seems to be very brief. In all, great care and great customer service.

I traveled alone with my 3 children, Park n fly was so helpful for us. Very friendly, super easy, and fairly cheap. I actually got onto the wrong transit but going back from the airport and the driver did not set us back out at the airport to wait again, he took us to our vehicle which he did not have to do. I am so thankful for that employee.

It was very convenient service for off airport parking. Our flight was delayed by a day, and never had to worry about seetling until we arrived onsite.
