Was quick, clean and friendly employees. The only issue we had was the return pick up. the drivers didnt stop at the actual entrance line, allowing people to jump in the shuttle ahead of people who had been waiting. those of us with young children were unable to "push on" quick enough. It took 4 shuttles and us (3 different families) getting aggressive to finally get on a shuttle. You did send multiple shuttles when you realized the issue, but it was cold and late and we shouldn't have to fight to get on a shuttle

Very nice employees and shuttle drivers. I like that they stop next to our car for pick up and drop off and the waiting time for the shuttle is minimal.
