Park N' Fly is safe. The transportation is timely, and they provide clear instructions on where they will pick you up. Furthermore, the price is reasonable.

Parking area is a protected warehouse environment that is secure. The people are very nice and were extremely helpful when I called with a question. My car was up front and waiting for me after simply providing my ticket number to them over the phone when I left the port of Miami.

I appreciate when there are plenty of buses driving so we don’t have to wait long periods out in the elements. I do wish that early mornings you had more buses going so we don’t have to stand outside in very cold weather for 15+ minutes waiting because all the buses are filling up.

I didn't like that fact at first that I had to pay in full before I used your services. But once I got there all the people I have interaction with were very kind and accommodating. The lot I paid to self-park ws FULL when I got there at my "scheduled time" but you staff upgraded me to valet which took the fear aware, as I it was the first time using Park N Fly PHL. When I returned from my flight the process was easier than I expected. I have already told others they should use this location as well. Thank you for upgrading me. I will use this service again. TW
