The bus drivers going in both directions were very personable. Patrick F. was the driver for the return trip and was very friendly and funny. The car was ready upon our return and there were no issues with the checkout.
The only issue experienced was that the "Come Get Me" feature on the app did not work, even though the latest version had just been downloaded to my phone.
