Easy, quick, and safe!

Great service but the QR code reader is very difficult to use.

We have parked at PNF-BDL for years, and are always satisfied. The service is quick, the reservation system is easy, and on return the pickup at the airport is fast. Our car is always waiting, clean and running. The drivers are good about baggage handling -- a special thanks to Ricky on our last trip, where we had a lot of baggage to handle, which he kindly placed in our car..

The process from pulling into the parking to getting picked up was very efficient. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast the shuttle picked me up at the baggage terminal.

Your company employees are always courteous, efficient, and helpful. The bus shuttle picks me up in a timely manner when I communicate to Park n Fly that I am waiting to be picked up at MIA.

Thank you again for quality services. We used your lot 4/6 through 4/16. The drivers are always very fast on the pick up. Never any waiting. Vehicle is always secure and the lot is well maintained and clean. This is where we go first.

During Covid the service had slipped, most recently everything went as well as could have possibly been asked. We were taken right to the airport, when we arrived back we were picked up within 5 min and our car was waiting at the park.

Everything was excellent. The Staff were very nice and very helpful. Also, in my opinion, the price was very fair. I will use Park and Fly next time I use the Bradly airport.
