I've never had to call for pick up! A shuttle has always been at the airport.
The majority of the drivers are great. Helpful, courteous and always reminding their passengers not to forget anything.
There are a few that need an attitude adjustment. If they're having a bad day, don't take it out on the passenger.

Easy to use, drive up , drop off, and bus is waiting to take you to the airport.
When we returned, a bus was at our drop off area, no waiting. Once arrived at the park n fly,
they were ready and waiting with our car. Thank you, we will use this service again!

Drivers were very friendly and even offered us some candy. One driver said it was her responsibility to load our luggage when we attempted to load our luggage. How very kind of her. She definitely took her jog seriously and was committed to serving us. A huge thank you to her.
