Convenient online reservations with flexible option to cancel. Understanding personnel regarding our late flight that took us over midnight but we didn't need to pay additional fees. ALL the people working there that I encountered were friendly (5:30 a.m. and 11:45 p.m.)

I had a bad previous experience and decided to give Park N Fly another chance. This experience was good. The best part of the experience was the driver who picked me up around 6:30 on Friday night. He was very sweet and accommodating. No other problems.

Staff (at gate and drivers) always very friendly. We have noticed last 2 times we used Park N Fly that it's taken longer than usual to be picked up (20-30 minutes).
