Very convenient location to Oakland Airport, love the covered parking option, shuttles are usually at our parking spot before we get the suitcases out of the car! Very easy website for making reservations, very simple entry and exit to/from Park 'N Fly using the barcode scanning feature.

I liked that I had help with the QR code on check in and check out. I liked being told where there was a parking spot and the van was right there waiting. I liked that getting picked up at the airport was quick and easy. I had only parked at the airport before and this was a much better experience. Thank you.

Ease of parking. Only issue wasn't fault of PNF. Wheelchair assistance from airport left us at wrong location and I had to push my wife to correct location. Wasn't a short walk!!!

He reminded me of my dad who was a bus driver and always so pleasant to all his riders.

Park and Fly Miami is without a doubt the best parking facility , not only in Miami but anywhere else in the state of Florida ..
i live in Vero Beach and miami airport is inconvenient but having Park and Fly as my go to Vehicle babysitter takes the stress out of every trip. Clean , Courteous and quick , they go the extra mile .. easy check in, fast pick up and the drivers were so kind helping my daughter and I lifting heavy luggage .. Definitely will be back . Wish you were at every east coast Florida airport

Easy to reserve & use; close to airport.

I generally find your service to be very well run and organized. There was a much longer wait for the van to return me to the lot on this trip. I am guessing that is because of the staffing issues that are going on everywhere.

The staff was amazing and super helpful.
Patrick F. helped me locate my car in the lot and took charge of my luggage. The woman at the desk assisted me with getting the gate to accept my card. And when I first parked, the older gentleman who directed me was charming. I will be back, and will spread the word!
