Drivers were fantastic! Can't say enough positive things about their friendliness, helpfulness. This was our third time using Park 'n Fly. Finally figured out the process. Only glitch this time -- we were told to call and arrange pickup at the airport once we had our bags. The person who answered seemed annoyed that we called. Still not sure why. Perhaps he was having a bad day. We will use the service again. Thanks!

The services are always prompt and workers always have a positive attitude. They are more than accommodating when there is an issue (I.e. gave complementary valet when self-park was full)

Usually fast transportation service to and from msp Airport. However on the evening of June 11 it took more than 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.

The drivers were very friendly and helpful. The check out person on the other hand could have spoken just a word. We pulled up and she just kept cleaning the booth, was in no rush even though it was 1am and we were ready to get home, but then we said hey and not a word was spoken back.
