My experience this time was great! I used the covered ramp option and the ramp was pretty full but I found a spot and was picked up immediately. Friendly driver both directions. My only suggestion is please mark the way to get up to higher levels a little clearer. The sign said level full, please proceed to a higher level which made it look like you couldn't turn there and that is how you got up to the next level. It was a little confusing and I'm sure I looked like an idiot driving around on the first level multiple times until I finally figured it out.

Easy reservations, ap worked great. Would like a quicker pickup at airport, but our plane got in very late (1am). Took about 20 minutes from time I called for pickup.

The fact that there is no waiting. The shittle is right there to pick up after parking and right there after you return to MSP.
