I have used many lots and park and fly is my favorite I like the way they pick you up at your car, I like the way you have a lot of shuttles, I like how friendly the drivers and people working the pay booth are and I love when I return from my trip and they asked me if I would like a cup of water… Even if I have to travel alone, I feel much safer at Park ‘N Fly than other lots

Drivers are always very friendly. I also recently had a situation where my flight was canceled and despite the no refund policy, they refunded my entire stay since I never left Atlanta.

If I'm paying the premium price for valet covered, a shuttle should be there to pick me up within 5 min of my arrival at PnF. This last trip we waited almost 10.
