I don’t know their names but the driver I had on both days was excellent - very helpful and courteous. The woman who was at the front desk, again both when I arrived and return, was so pleasant - professional and very friendly. They represent your business very well - I hope you treat them well and they stay with your organization for a long time - employees with attitudes like that are hard to find!

Convenient, close to the airport, being picked up from and brought back to your vehicles spot vs designated areas like some shuttle services do.

The pickup service at the Park n Fly location has become slow. I have been using this service for quite some time, but now I find myself waiting by my car to be picked up much longer than I used to for the past several visits.

Didn't wait too long for the bus pickup. Driver was friendly.

The valet service was quite convenient. Dropped the car off and taken immediately to the terminal. When we returned, a bus was at the curb when we walked outside and when we arrived at the lot, the car was up front, ready to go. In and out, no hasstle.

We were immediately greeted, and told we could have a covered space up on top of the hill. Shuttle to the airport was quick and polite drivers. Tip them well.
