Daily parking fee is somewhat reasonable, Timely pickup delivery to and from airport in recent trips was very much appreciated. Also, the drivers have been friendly and offer to assist when needed.

Professional and convenient

Close to the airport, lots of parking spaces but most important, your shuttle is always available so waiting time at the parking and at the airport is minimum. Excellent service and drivers are very friendly.

Frequency of pick up and drop

Rinh was extremely helpful in helping us out of the self park gate, it was the first time we had used self service, He was knowledgeable and kind. Drivers both to and from the airport were careful drivers and extremely helpful.

Both in and out was a breeze. Drivers helped us find a spot and quickly load, short drive to MSP. Using the app to request pickup couldn't be easier. Luke, our driver, was friendly and got us on our way quickly. Will definitely do Park n Fly on the future.

The shuttle service was instant on both ends, very little waiting. The drivers are always courteous and do a great job of alleviating all the anxiety that comes with leaving your car at the airport. I've been parking at the same Park N' Fly lot for 3 years now, and will continue to do so.
