I like getting picked up and dropped off right at my car. The drivers are always nice and I appreciate that put my suitcase on and off the bus.

It’s not much money, but I don’t like that I pay a fee just to make a reservation. That fee used to be waived for AAA members.

I usually fly out and return very early in the morning & Valencia is usually my driver. Valencia or “Val” is always friendly, upbeat & very professional even very early in the morning. She deserves to be recognized for her always positive & professional attitude.
