Everything went so smoothly with this experience. Easy to book, easy to find and park, and the shuttle was waiting by my parking space for me when I arrived. The shuttle driver was courteous and helpful. The lot attendant was also pleasant.

All Associates we interacted with were very friendly! On our return trip the van was waiting for us when we walked out the door from the terminal. He waited 2 more minutes for other riders, then took us promptly to the lot and our car. Best trip ever.

Very courteous and friendly drivers. I lost my credit card on the shuttle and the driver was able to locate me and returned my credit card before I left the Parking Facility in Oakland.
