The shuttle picked us up at our car after we parked, (thank God we had a reservation) and dropped us off at the terminal. Driver gave me ticket with our parking spot, gave it to the driver when we returned and he dropped us off right at our car.

We love the ease of pulling up in Valet, knowing our car will be safe while we are gone.

There is an attendant at the gate that assists with telling you where to park. The shuttle service is prompt. I didn't have to wait long at all. Maybe 2 minutes when I arrived at the lot. I like the text messaging updates. Once I returned, I was able to text that i was ready and waited maybe 3 minutes before the shuttle arrived. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. Using the qr code is easy when entering and exiting. You can also get a car wash but I did not utilize this service. The lot is also very close to the airport.
