Clean shuttles, quick turnaround for pick up/drop off

I can contact a pick up. Everything was fine except the car wash wash wasn’t working when I was leaving Wednesday the 14th☹️.

The drivers are always pleasant and friendly. We had Mr. Ray and he was like he supposed to be off at 11 but he was asked to do another pickup. Me and my friends thanked him for picking us up.

I like that being a member has its perks! It’s always easy to make a reservation and it is easy to come and find a spot to park. Usually the trucks to take you to the airport are waiting for you immediately.

I liked being picked up at my vehicle and dropped off at my vehicle. This, I had not expected. Also help with my heavy luggage was a plus.

This was my first time of using Park N Fly, so upon entering I began driving ahead when the gate opened and was yelled at by a person in the booth. I was supposed to stop at the booth every time, not just drive in! After chatting with the person, the conversation became more friendly, and I was directed to my indoor parking spot.

I am now a fan.

They pick you up and drop you off right at your parking stall. You don’t need to wonder around a parking garage or lot trying to find your vehicle. They also have fast and very friendly drivers!

I appreciate the cost, ease of use, timeliness of drivers and how efficient the process is.
