I had never used the valet parking service before and found that to be a relief when I returned late in the evening to have my car ready there for me to hop in.
I also found the calling service to be effective and I would imagine this to be an efficient way to make sure that your drivers are only circulating when there are passengers to pick up
The drivers of both directions were very polite and helpful.
The bus was clean.
It seems like you run enough buses for them not be be overly crowded.

As you enter the gate, you are assigned a specific parking space.

The attendants at the booth are so nice & helpful. I love that the bus drops me off at my car. Otherwise all the basics are there. Nice touch the attendants offer water upon exit.

As we were parking our car the shuttle was right behind us picking us up for drop off at the airport….When we arrived back to the airport for pick up we texted n they were there in less than 10 mins I’ll forever use park n fly

First time user. I was frustrated the last two times I parked at the airport. It was nice to know we had a place to park. Pick up to terminal was as fast as the airport. Pick up to the car was a bit confusing but once we knew where to go it was easy and prompt. It was easier leaving the airport from your parking lot. We will return.
