Punctuality..

I don't like how I need to contact you for picking
me up at the airport. Sometimes my cell phone
doesn't work in that area. I would rather use the
phone inside the airport and put in my claim number
like it use to be.

I love that it is so conveniently located so close to the airport, how often the shuttle comes by to pick up customers and most of all how orderly and safe I feel our car is when parked in your lot. This year, I was surprised at how convenient you make it for customers with email reminders and text reminders the day before we will pickup our car. It provided instructions on calling for the shuttle and the bar code that I simply showed the attendant upon our exit. It was wonderful. I always use your parking lot when leaving from the Oakland Airport. You do a great job! I’ve used others over the years but now I only use you.

Shuttle was very timely both outgoing and incoming. Staff at the gate and in the shuttle were very friendly and helpful.

It was seamless. I just have one suggestion: You should make sure that you look the customer IN THE EYE and make sure that they understand that you only pick up from certain areas of the airport. I had open heart surgery and went on dialysis, both this past October. The wheelchair person at the hospital dropped me off at the nearest exit, which I thought would be fine. I then found out that I was at the wrong door and, instead of trying to figure out how I could get another wheelchair, I walked through, then up the elevator. I think that if this one thing is addressed, you would have a nearly perfect process.

But you still better than any other service in Miami, so I still wouldn’t want to use any other.

The people who drove me to and from the airport were safe drivers and were helpful with my luggage. They were friendly, too. They were professional - making sure I was in the right place at the airport when departing and at my car in the lot on my return. The gentleman who drove me to the airport gave me a card, so I could easily contact Park n Fly on my return.
