All your folks are always friendly, courteous and helpful. They assist with getting your bags in and out of the shuttle and ensure that you know where the pick up point is for your return trip. I've used Park N Fly several times in the last year and I'm very satisfied with the service. Even though I have a daughter who lives just 25 minutes from the airport and says I can park in her driveway and she would hook me up with Uber I still think Park N Fly is more convenient and i can park in a covered area instead of out in the open like her driveway.

Prompt and Professional . We didn't have to wait when we arrived. They parked behind our car made sure we were safe and luggage loaded. We made it to the airport on time and the process going home was easy as well. We texted the number and they were there in a sufficient amount of time.

How quick and easy it is

I really like the Valet Option. However when I returned from my trip, I had to wait longer that usual for the shuttle. Over 20 minutes. The shuttle also became very crowded and the drive could not let people on the bus. Please consider using more shuttles during peak times.
