Services are great. However, three times this year I pre-booked covered parking and when I arrived it was full. I was told every time I would get a refund between the covered fare and the uncovered fare. This never happened.
Secondly, the last two times I stayed I didn't receive my reward days stays.

That was the first time that I remember making a reservation to park. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient it was. The bus drivers were both very nice as well. I would like to see more buses at the airport side pick-up. The other parking facilities were coming to pick up their guests at a rate of 2 to 1. And yes, I actually counted accurately because the wait was so long.
