There was guys waiting to pick us up at our car and then when we returned from our flight, they were already there waiting to bring us back. The only thing I was not pleased about is that I paid for covered parking, and the covered parking lot was full so I had to park on top where it was not covered.

We always use Park and FLy when we travel out of Midway airport. It is very convenient and easy to use. The drivers and the gate personnel are always so friendly and helpful.

The people at Oakland are always so friendly and understand that timing of getting one to the airport is important.

The van we rode in from the air[oprt to your lot was in very shaky condition and the driver was driving too fast>

I like the way my car is pulled up front on my return & sometimes a/c on to cool off the car & it’s ready to go. I like that the vans are prompt to take you to the airport & ready to pick you up from the airport on your return. I like the way the workers are willing to lift your luggage & always so helpful. In fact, on my last return, I was embarrassed & had no cash on me & I told Manuel…no,, no, I don’t have a tip for you and his response was, “I do it anyway, no problem “. He was great! When I see him again, I’ll be ready. It’s nice to see them in uniform, even if it’s casual wear. I have not met an unfriendly worker their yet, even when I lose my ticket & they send me to the window. Don’t change…Happy Customer Marsha C.

Number 1 - love the curtesy and helpfulness of the drivers. I have used Park ‘N Fly for many years and have always found the drivers to be professional and helpful.

I like the connivence of parking offsite and not worrying about traffic tie ups at the airport.

I like not worrying about finding someone to drive me to the airport and picking me up and it’s much cheaper than taking a taxis or parking at the airport.

It's easy to get to and easy to use.

I like to be picked up right by my car and delivered right to where it is parked. I like that the driver gives me the card with location. Very efficient. Several months ago your drivers were often foreigners who I found very polite and efficient. I miss them.

I found the site very well prepared to receive the car and take me and family to the airport. The txt feature sending the code and reviving a reply back with instructions give peace of mind and all worked as expected finding the pickup spot and the car was waiting when we arrived. I am vey pleased by the service level
