I like the ease of getting to the airport. Please continue to improve picking up in the Preferred parking area as this has lacked and we have had to walk to the front entrance to catch a shuttle.
What I like best about Park'NFly is that it is easy. It's right off the freeway, shuttles run every 15 minutes or so, the cost is reasonable, what else would you want.
all was easy to setup and get me from and to my car.. although we did get a little scrape on the back side bumper, maybe someone trying to back out

Very easy to locate and park. The QR code scanner and texts made it easy to enter and leave. The staff was very personable, especially Keith who helped carry bags, make conversation with everyone and make sure everyone was comfortable and ready to go before returning to the lot.
