Free car wash & cold water!

We had paid for self-park covered. Unfortunately, the ramp was full due to the sealing / resurfacing of concrete in 2 levels and we would have had to park on the roof lot when the weather was in the upper 90's. The MSP location upgraded us valet parking free of charge for the inconvenience. We greatly appreciated this gesture.

It's very easy to check in and out and the vans are always on time.

You can book online without the hassle. The driver comes and picks you up at your car, assists with heavy bags and gives you a ticket with your space number for your return. Everyone was very professional

I liked that the shuttles were on schedule, we waited about 1 minute for one to pick us up and take us to the airport and we waited about 5 minutes at the airport once we arrived.
