Respect, high standard and care
When we arrived at the park n fly lot we were met by a shuttle driver on his way out that directed us to a close spot right around the corner. Our shuttle driver was there to pick us up almost immediately and we got to the airport quickly. When we got back from our trip we waited just a couple minutes until a park n fly shuttle arrived. Everything was very fast and the drivers were courteous and professional. I would use this service again.

Service to & from airport was quick. My only complaint was being dropped off at terminal C when my flight was leaving from terminal E. Maybe it was becasue of the construction, but I had a 15 minute walk to where i needed to check in.
On leaving lot, attendant was friendly and helpful in resolving a scanner-related problem for me.
It was an easy way to get to the airport and drop off at our car with luggage was awesome on our return.
For the most part, great service. The van drivers are incredible and extremely helpful when there are issues.
A glitch occurred when I came to facility to leave my vehicle. I had paid for valet service, but when I arrived the young man motioned me to go through the gate and to park myself. He was difficult to understand as English is his second language. I was very confused, as valet hadn't worked that way before, but with all of the construction going on, it was even more confusing. So I went ahead and parked. When the van driver came, I asked him if you were not offering valet service due to construction ... he immediately took my ticket and called someone to move my care from where I parked and assured me that it was a mistake and that he would take care of everything. So that made me feel much better. When we came back to MSP, the van was already there, so the driver called in to make sure the car was waiting, so that I didn't have to. And it was ... so that was very nice.
