Friendly helpful employees

The only problem we experienced is the scan code we received to use to get into the lot. Why send it, when it can't be used? We did need it when we went through the cashier to get out of the lot. The parking was prepaid so it should have been easier.

Your location is relatively easy to get to (we drive an hour from our home), the drivers are always courteous and friendly, and overall the service is great.

I love that you pick up at your car and I love the new location to pick up after your flight. The other location at the airport was too far to carry your luggage. I love the shuttle was there and waiting and I didn't have to call for return pick up.

Easy check-in with reservations made on line. The shuttle was very timely. Auto was ready with valet service when arrived back from airport. Staff pleasant at 4:00 am. Round the clock service.

App is easy to use/scan at entry

Easy to use. No problem, ride was waiting to take us to airport and car was waiting for us when we returned.

Easy parking, pickup and transfer to and from airport. We have always had a Park NFly shuttle waiting when we arrive back to airport with our bags after flight. The only problem I have had is the mechanical card reader not working properly to read the barcode when I prepay in advance.
